They never answer the phone which is incredibly frustrating. I have tried calling first thing in the morning, mid afternoon, weekends with no joy. I have even had other pharmacies call on my behalf and they have not been able to get through.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill since merging. They never answer the phone which is detrimental to my father who is disabled and can’t physically get to the pharmacy to ask them questions about when they will deliver his prescription. Absolutely useless. Had my prescription for a week and didn't manage to order the items despite me going in and them saying they would. Very dangerous behaviour not ordering people's medications.
