THis is possibly the only B&Q in london where is always a struggle to find wood selection, Is there noone in charge of the wood department? there are never small format timber, btuttons, dovels, trims, selection alwasy empty, sometimes takes un to 3 weeks to get any wood smaller than full size/pack of 6 or 8. Cameron in the kitchen design department is fantastic! He was extremely patient and helpful going through and checking every element of my kitchen design with me and finding different solutions that would work for my space.
