The Worst Mail Delivery, I was waiting my parcel since in the morning and then I’ve checked my email and suddenly it says attempted to deliver haha joke, after that I decided to check my CCTV and he didn’t even knock the door. How ridiculous!

Very poor customer service. I went to drop off a parcel today and a very rude curly-haired woman mid 30s told me they closed at 5pm when on the website it says they close at 6pm she didn't care to apologise or explain why they closed early.
