Disgusting service. Clearly prejudiced and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They should not be dealing with the public. There are a lot of reviews that comment on how up until recently you weren’t able to enter the shop and had to speak through a hatch. I think this experience is likely to relate to the location of the pharmacy and prevalence of thefts and asb.
