Very rude. Absolute lack of customer service skills. Use the other post office in tooting. They’re awful at amen corner. Forced me to get ID to pick up a parcel and when I explained then I’ve lost it but I have photo ID on my camera roll they refused it but accepted a letter with my name on it which doesn’t prove...
