Really poor service, simply requested a bit of milk for a babys bottle after a whole morning in A&E. They refused. I mentioned every cafe you go to does a babyccino, they said they used to now they don't. Even asked if I can have milk in a cup so I can pour it into my baby's bottle, they refused that as well. Poor form.... read full comment

Very rude staff, went to order a hot drink it was like warm then when I told him my order was wrong proceeded to then complain to another member of staff and angrily walked off leaving another member of staff to deal with my order.Not what I would expect from marks and spencer!
