Strongly recommend not sending your parcels here. Staff were unable to find my parcel and appeared to not understand the basic process for parcel collection. It took me returning again after confirming with DHL that the parcel was there and much insistence before I got my parcel.

Such a rude shop owner/assistance. Took a large parcel in for a Yodel delivery saying I needed a receipt please. He repeated the word receipt several times shouting as if this was not normal practice. When I asked if he took in parcels for Yodel his response was eeurgh. He would not take the parcel and made me hold it above... read full comment
