Absolutely disgusting a bug crawling on muffin, reported it to staff and ignored. Had to ask them to take it out of cabinet. Trainee Baristo under pressure, other chap on phone ignoring everyone. Floor filthy and tables not cleaned. Service dreadful, saw customers leaving as so slow. Will not return

Always too slow on a Sunday morning, I don't understand how it consistently takes 10-15 mins to order a coffee at 9am

Their ice honey oat latte is absolutely amazing. So sad it’s a limited edition. Hope it stays on the menu!!!
