Booked a flu jab with a voucher from my employer and when I showed up they said they cannot do the jab as they have nobody on site to administer it. It was a day before my voucher expired so never got the jab as I couldn't rebook elsewhere.

Helped by a wonderful lady by the name of Nadia . I came in late looking for an eye cream just yesterday and I had an amazing customer service . Many thanks again Nadia for the caffeine eye cream :)

I like boots. I find I go between superdrug and boots. I find where the offers are. I wish their loyalty card scheme was better as they have the worst one out of all the shops.
