Purchased deep heat patch which would not stick to skin (dry & defective) explained to staff at counter who advised I return product to manufacturer and If needed purchase another, very poor service indeed, paid by card, even though a small amount It's all money. But the male was very arrogant and churlish.

I have used this chemist in Tooting for years and years and have found the staff helpful and easy to talk to when I have any questions. I feel at ease going into the chemist, they know who I am and will let me know my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. The shop is well stocked.
