I would rather not give a single star. The waiting time for patients coming from emergency is insane here. I dont understand what 3-4 people inside are doing for hours while patients are sitting for their turns!

I call twice re stock availability for 111 emergency prescription and they disconnect call in under 20 seconds and before confirming availability. Third call back and he immediately says "you've called 10 times and we told you it's in stock". I was stunned. Oh the gaslight! On arrival the sheer rudeness was astonishing... read full comment
