Arrived at 14.30 to collect my prescription. Politely told there was currently a 40min wait and given a ticket. I arrived by bus so no car parking charge to worry about which is expensive therefore suggest travelling there by bus if possible. Waited in the spacious seating/ Starbucks area with a coffee. Card machine not working, old review says the same five years ago. Does make you wonder if it ever works and they just get people to use the cash machine on the other side of reception

Absolutely horrible staff and extremely lazy and unhelpful! Just a money making business, good for nothing
