Clean and tidy store. Staff are helpful regardless of how busy they are.

1. Bought bread that was in date from here that had mould/dark spots on it when I opened it. Tried to return the next day just for them to decline and not refund2. They need to sort out their self service machines

Very bad experience with the staff. Especially the manager who accused and embarrassed me with my wife publicly. Afterward he realised that he was at wrong and never apologise but went hiding at the back store. More training needed for them, especially customer service and good used of their cctv.
