    The store is very difficult to get in touch. A number of time their phone gets disconnected. I am told to send an email to the store. No one responds to the email. The store service is not great but the service from the podiatrist is fine.

    Visited your Kingston upon Thames store today with my 2 young grandchildren who after leaving the shop said why was that man sooo rude. To which I sadly had no answer!!His manner in my oppinion was totally unprofessional and I really feel that after reading the previous reviews I dont think im alone.Never plan to revisit... read full comment
