Asked for a frozen yogurt to an employee who replied surprised “I think we do it” It was a melted yogurt..nothing was..”frozen”, except for the strawberries. Extremely disappointing and not cheap. Customer service was as low as the product, unfortunately

Disappointing Experience for the Price
I recently visited Shakeaway and paid £6.79for what I expected to be a quality frozen yogurt. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. The froyo was completely melted, more like a milkshake than frozen yogurt, which was incredibly disappointing given the price.
