The smallest window of time available to collect your parcel. They will shut the doors early and refuse to serve you. Unfortunately I have had to collect parcels many times from here and the overall attitude is that the customer is an inconvenience to them.

Just go outside with all the information that I need. The delivery officer has been polite ed exhaustive in his explanation. Very well done.
