Very disappointed even after asking about the House rewards offer whilst paying at till this was not applied we have now be overcharged by £11!! This makes me wonder if the staff are fiddling receipts and keeping the extra cash?! Not difficult to apply the extra 20%! Please sort out this dodgy dealing Hollister!!

A little confusing to see which items were on offer or applied to house membership. Assistants were helpful. Layout confusing as it's unclear where certain items e.g. jumpers may be located however the store seemed a lot smaller inside than it appears from the entrance.
