Posted an item 2nd class signed for in a small package 19 Feb . Still not arrived so called the post office to see if it had maybe got left behind by mistake . Both ladies very rude no customer service experience have reported then to the post office head office as clearly it’s only a franchise . Never will I use these... read full comment
