Excellent service, professional sales staff in teddington store, helpful and polite. Had carpet fitted, sales person arrived promptly and very courteous, fitters were prompt and professional. Laminate was also fitted and again I cannot fault the laying and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely abysmal, avoid this company at all costs. We were in a rush to get carpets fitted for a house we were moving into. A very nice chap came over, promised us he could install them swiftly and that the carpet was in stock. Two days before the installation date, they cancel because they are out of stock. We are booked...

I have recently placed two orders at Teddington and placed my second order due to the exceptional service received on my first order. I have to say Honey dealt with both orders and I found her to be knowledgeable and really helpful at all times - her customer service is second to none. She is an asset to Carpetright!
