My watch needed a replacement battery. I went to Timpsons at Bell Green, as usual Jimmy was the person on duty. He replaced the battery expertly and quickly. Very helpful, affable gentleman in charge of the shop. He helped me choose a keychain. I wanted a plastic one, but he advised that a metal one is more durable. It's very convenient that it's situated adjacent to Sainsbury's.
