Every time I go, walk away wondering why I even bothered. The last 2 times I approached the same guy with massive gold glasses (who turns out to be a manager of some sort) and both times he just seemed like he didn't like customers and couldn't care less. Really poor management of tills and queues there- four people seemed to be needed to solve one problem. Staff could see I was waiting on crutches, when it came to my turn member of staff disappeared. They lost a sale.
