My wife went for a free Eye test and even after confirming and checking in advance turned up and the Sutton store said the data was wrong in their system and she us not eligible for a free eye test. The staff are inexperienced and do not validate the data on their systems before speaking to you. Highly unreliable service.

The optician and the person who helped me pick out the glasses were both very friendly. In fact the few times I've visited all the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful.
