I had a battery replaced in my watch, excellent service from Wendy, she answered all of my questions whilst replacing the battery and explained the life time watch replacement service. I shall now use them for all of the other services they provide if this is the standard of service.

The lady working at this Timpson was SO rude and sarcastic. I went there to get a key cut. There was 1 rude female member of staff and she told me she could not cut thr key because she is not trained. She was rude and abrupt woth her wording and not helpful with whete i could go next.I dont understand why the shop is open. Literally a waste of time going there
