Three times I tried the glasses that had been "adjusted" to my prescription they had raised.. still issues 4 weeks after I collected them. Have just returned them for a refund due mainly to the poor attitude of the "lady" that answered the phone to me when I rang to report there was still an issue. Who also told me there...
