Monday is not a good day to go there, 1 hour and a half in the queue!\\nManju is a lovely lady who works there, more than 20 people in the queue and she is the only one helping,for Manju 5 stars ?

Ladies in the counter treat people like animals. We should have some respect for the other. I thought that United Kingdom was different.

I wish I knew how they could justify having such a long queue inside and outside of the post office.
