Absolutely awful! I live in Sutton and have banked with NatWest for over 15 years. The manager at this branch is rude and extremely unprofessional. I complained and asked for Head office to look at the CCTV…they agreed that she had been rude and even overly agreed I’ve in her banner and awarded me £80 compensation.... read full comment

Excellent service at Sutton brunch, but info on website about adrs is incorrect. It is no longer in St Nicholas shopping centre, still on high street though but a bit up the hill.
