The lifts are ALWAYS broken, the fridges are often broken and the building leaks a lot. Food is OK and the staff are OK. In general, it needs vast improvement.

The shop was excellent yet the staffs were unfriendly. The self checkout machine required a signature when we paid by card and a staff’s confirmation. However the staff was unfriendly while assisting us and it made our stay here rather negative.

Shop floor needs cleaning more as water on floor then should be empty shelfs
