Tried to purchase lingerie on Sunday 10th. Only one person on the checkout who rang the bell many ti mes for extra staff. I gave up, there wasn't even one member of staff visible on the floor.

After many visits to store last few months and being a member of M&S Club - visited 29.02.24. !! Restaurant - no food available - excuse today - no staff - no hot food - only snacks & drinks !Usually it’s the dishwasher out of action !AndNo chef !Definitely lack of staff !!Then said tills not working - closed restaurant... read full comment

No staff on the floor. One lady who works at the Café located in M&S showed me the way to school uniform and she( Nancy) was very kind, helpful and superb friendly. M&S needs people like Nancy. 5 stars to Nancy, 1 star to M&S because one gentelman who works on the till was apologetic and honest.
