Purchased wine click and collect just fine, however for 4 days had to try to reach out to the team. Left a couple VM's on their phones before I've got a response when trying to resolve some price matching issues.

We used Majestic Wine Cheam to hire glasses and provide the wine for our wedding reception this past weekend. The service was absolutely brilliant, and the hire and return process was incredibly straightforward. Big shout out to Ellie who was a huge help in setting up the order and returning the glasses and excess wine....

Majestic Wine Cheam have just helped me at the last minute having been let down elsewhere. Ellie was incredibly helpful reserving the large order at short notice and having it all ready for me to load just before she shut the shop. Excellent service for which I’m very grateful.

We will be limiting entrance to 4 customers in store at any one time through the car park entrance.
