Today I wanted to return an item of clothing that didn't fit using Evri. I had neatly packaged the item and printed out and attached the returns label on the parcel. Lovely little shop. Very convenient and staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s animal friendly which is great, I wish more places let you do a little shop with your dog ? ????????

Went in to return a damaged item from amazon using a service that Londis USE with Evri, to encounter a white, rude, old woman behind the counter, saying that I had to package the item even though amazon told me it wasn’t necessary as it was a damaged item. She was speaking to me with a rude tone of voice and was ver patronising!... read full comment
