Coffee machine permanently out of order during busy times and staff don’t care.

The Sandwich Counter was out of service and the sign asked customers to enquire at the desk. I asked if I could have a Ham & Cheese Baguette and they told me it was sold out. They kindly made me a fresh one. The staff are always extremely friendly and very kind here. Above and beyond service on a extremely busy day.
