There is a note that the post is open until 8 pm. I wanted to collect my package on Tuesday when was freezing cold and I had to walk 20 min and the post office was closed despite the note that it is open until 8 pm.

Usually great but what’s the point of having opening hours when you don’t follow them? Just walked 2 miles to collect a parcel and they shut about hour early.
