Terrible place, please avoid this branch of brainless buffoons. Ive come for Sia license 8 times and each time something new I need to bring, im begining to think they are either dumb or racist. On the 8th time i came the woman laugh at me. If it wasnt for the fact they had my passport i wouldve torn up this place.

I'd forgive the terrible customer service, queues and mess if the staff didn't make so many mistakes. I.e. They told the lady infront of me that you couldn't send cigarettes by royal mail as they were flammable.

I had an awful experience today . I was in tear when after team up with each other , one of them called Rosi , stared at me in an aggressive and hostile way and accused me if being rude only because I tried to resolve the chaos that her older colleagues created and she followed her.These two don't know the first thing...
