OXFAM SURBITON I got there at 5 to 10am it opens at 10 a lady turns up at 10 takes two or three minutes to find the keys and then informs me that I have to wait for 10 minutes for her to get set up now that don’t make 10 o’clock that makes 10:15 now.Not that good when you’re standing in -1
