Just wanted to highlight Stefania for her outstanding customer service, she was very kind, patient and helpful with issues I was having accessing my banking on the app and in general.I am incredibly grateful and really impressed by the in-store experience I recieved on Wednesday 11th January 2023 around 2PM onwards.

Pretty poor service. Fraud team froze my accounts and asked me to come into branch. I did this and after an hour they said everything was fine. Only for my accounts to remain frozen and for the fraud team to request that I return again!

Staff are friendly and helpful but there aren’t enough of them. The wait time is appalling for a business that prides itself on good customer service.
