The worst customer service ever, David C (the food manager) was very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional.I bought the wrong chocolate box at M&S Tolworth and went back to return it in less than 30 minutes of buying it (28 August, 1:30pm), I was told by a very polite lady at the desk she needs to check with the food manager... read full comment
