Located a stone’s through away from Kensington High Street underground . Wonderful location with everything around Found the rooms comfortable and clean and breakfast good. Reception staff was polite and friendly. Check in at 3pm went well with the exception of one when room was not ready till 5.30pm

The entire staff of the Holiday inn South Kensington high Street is exception period in particular shafiqul Islam who went out of his way to accommodate me. Double kudos to shafiqul. In addition upon checking in I was not pleased with the room and the staff changed the room without question.

We loved this hotel - great location and excellent facilities. Very convenient for access to all the shops, restaurants and cafes on Kensington High Street. I used the gym every day. Super staff, especially Mishi on reception who really went out of her way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. We will be coming... read full comment
