Behaviour was not good with the customer by staff. I visit yesterday in lunch time one of the lady stuff she told us to pay first before making our sub and also we pay but after that I can see the other customer they are not paying first why?

I visited this Subway on 9th February and had an unfortunate experience. While paying, the staff member told me that the payment didn’t go through and asked me to pay again. She used a different payment device to process the second transaction. Later, I realized I was charged twice. I’m not sure whether it was a mistake... read full comment
