I returned a Smart TV that I found to be faulty. They looked through the box. Declined replacing or giving me a refund on the basis that they couldn't redox and sell on. Exceptional customer service by Sam. I was struggling with the online process and it was really frustrating and outdated. I decided to pop into the store and Sam made everything absolutely smooth and easy. Amazing guy and great customer service!

Worst argos store I have been to till now. They don't even know what their job. They explain even a basic thing about what they are offering. Had worst experience while making a purchase through argos card
