Abrupt and extremely rude staff who can barely communicate in English. Dirty shop floor with random tat for sale. Disorganised systems packages laid out all over the place. Avoid this office use the one further up Leytonstone Road.

Always friendly service. Sometimes there’s a small queue but it’s London , it’s to be expected! I use this post office almost on a daily basis and have never had any issues. The manager is lovely too :)
