Very rude staff. They are not talking or they are not helpful. Not recommending this place

Bought something another day, receipt clearly states I can exchange, but when came to exchange, I was told its not possible and the person behind the counter refused to exchange - saying no with no further explanation.

Man behind pharmacy counter was quite rude. I didn’t understand the pricing of the prescription and he didn’t bother explaining it to me and instead said ‘that’s not how it works’ in the most condescending tone. It seems like the staff need training on interacting with customers
