Actually its pretty bad , usually they would try to underprice your trade ins as they try to grade ur items lowest possible and sell them as “ almost new “ staff is friendly though , thats why its 2 stars out of 5 , i understand they just do their job as boss told em , definetly cex’es used to be way way better couple... read full comment
