The 2 stars is just for the usual post delivery person coming to my door, if it was just them it would be 5 out of 5. I was waiting for a parcel, I realised the address was incorrect, so I had updated the delivery options the day before.When they delivered the parcel the day after, they didn't even check my update and just sent the package back to the sender.Also, they update me at 12.00 p.m. but the office close at 10:00 a.m. not giving... read full comment
