Visited today, I found the lady with the fringe rude and unfriendly and to be honest it put a downer on my whole shopping experience so I ended up leaving with nothing. Will not return, such a shame as I have always had great customer service at the Bristol branch.

I just went today with my childs to have very unpleasant experience with the terrible customer service, Is no my first time in this shop but definitely will be last one.The Lady that I assume is the Manager approach to me and ask me (is that your son keep the eyes on him..... ! Walked in and and was stalked by the manager. Maybe because I am male? Intention was to buy loads of bits for the kids, but felt as though I shouldnt have been there. Quickly paid for 1 item and left. So uncomfortable. Manager needs retraining big time.
