The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced- advertises the wrong cerave moisturiser on there website and wanted me to pay for return postage when they sent out the wrong product. Also I had to keep calling them back and wait 10/15 minutes each time for them to find my order and take my name. Shocking!!

Best place to go! Been using them for years!!!Went to their website yesterday and it appeared down? Not sure what that's about? Hopefully maintenance or something...
