The store is messy and not conducive to a pleasant shopping experience. Often grubby and with busy, crammed self service tills. Staff on the tills and around the store make heroic efforts to make this a decent enough supermarket but at the end of the day there is not much one can do to improve this particular store. Went for shop for yellow gloves, I paid using my card but the staff said I didn't, they told me which machine I used, they all look the same, glad they check the one i used and print the receipt as evidence as I paid, trying to accuse me of shoplifting, rude staff
