Ordered online. No confirmation email received even tho I have been charged. Called the shop and spoke to the most useless individual who basically has no clue what was going on. Advised to order again. When asked if we could order over the phone the offer we wanted wasn’t available. So £40 charge and no food. Terrible... read full comment
