Nat West make so much profit and yet customer service is dire and the branch feels like a visit to get your unemployment benefit.

Been using the bank for over 17 years and had no issue. Only negative is that the wait times in recent times have increased. They have 3 cashiers, but a lot of the times only 1 is manned. Would be great if the opening hours were a bit longer as well as if you work Monday-Friday 9-5pm, it is very hard to access the bank.

I went to the Southgate store with my mom to open a new bank account.Unfortunately we don't speak English well and that's why we went there because it's not easy for us to fill in our details online, the girl instead of helping us told us to do it online because you can't do it from the store. Why can't I open an account...
