Absolute Idiots own this shop. They sit there and advertise as being a DPD drop off and then refuse delivery from DPD and our stuff gets returned to sender - so much for trying to order Christmas presents.

Really bad experience with the UPS drop off - they shouldn’t be offering it. The package returned to be because they lost my invoices from the pouch
