Always doing their best. Hard working and aiming for good service. When Casey was manager there, she was five star exceptional, going beyond to help me and our Ukrainian refugees. They struggle with understaffing sometimes, especially since all the other banks have closed in Southgate. I recommend going in a quiet time.

Please do not waste your time at this branch. Terrible, rude and incompetent service from Hassan. Lied directly to us and did nothing in the allocated appointment time. Excellent service by Umar, very nice gentleman. Explains everything in detail, I am happy to start banking with Halifax. My sister is looking to come back and switch her bank account.
